PlateLens allows you to delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data.
You can delete your account directly within the PlateLens app by following these steps:
After the 30-day grace period expires, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
When your account is permanently deleted, the following data will be removed from our systems:

| Account Information | Email, name, profile photo, authentication credentials |
| Meal Logs | All logged meals, nutrition data, and analysis history |
| Photos | Food photos, progress photos, and any uploaded images |
| Health Data | Weight logs, hydration logs, synced health data, body metrics |
| Coach Conversations | All chat history with your AI coach |
| Goals & Progress | Nutrition goals, weight goals, streaks, and achievements |
| Social Data | League participation, friendships, leaderboard history |
| Device Data | Push notification tokens and device registrations |
